Private Performance Advisory

Build the capacity your life demands.

BASE6 is a private performance advisory. Debbie Rupp works one to one with men who carry real authority: founders, owners, partners, senior executives. Nutrition and daily routine form the base of the work.

The premise

The condition you bring into the room shapes what happens there.

Your energy affects your judgment, and your routines decide how you respond to pressure. That connection is the work.

The work

The gap is never knowledge.

The men who come to BASE6 have already proven they can execute. They know what they should be eating. They know they need more sleep. None of that is new.

The calendar was built for the company, and the body has been running on whatever was left. Travel. Client dinners. Deadlines. Short nights. Social engagements. Family. The one system that was never intentionally designed is the one supporting every other system in their life.

Most carry a quieter concern too.

A blood pressure reading that's drifting upward. An A1C that's higher than last year. Cholesterol that's moving in the wrong direction. Nothing urgent, but enough to know the trajectory isn't where they want it to be.

Their physician has already explained what those numbers respond to: food, sleep, movement, stress.

The advice was never the problem.

The problem is building and implementing a personal operating system that holds up inside the packed calendar.

That's the work.

Three forms of capacity

Capacity is the asset behind every other one.

  1. I. Physical

    Capacity in the body

Energy, strength, recovery, and body composition, built through food and movement that fit the life you already run.

  2. II. Mental

    Clarity under demand

Focus, decision quality, and the cognitive endurance to be as sharp on the last call of the day as the first.

  3. III. Emotional

    Command under pressure

Awareness, self-command, and consistency through the weeks that usually pull a plan apart.

The method

Six inputs you already control.

None of them is exotic, and that is the point. The advantage comes from running all six as one system instead of six separate intentions. That system is the BASE6.

  1. 01

    Nutrition

Fuel, appetite, and stable energy. The point of entry.

  2. 02

    Mindset

    Beliefs, decisions, and follow-through.

  3. 03

    Movement

    Strength, mobility, and physical confidence.

  4. 04

    Sleep

    Recovery, clarity, and cognitive stamina.

  5. 05

    Hydration

A basic input with broad daily effects.

  6. 06

    Routine

The structure that keeps the rest intact.

It is amazing how much my thinking has changed. You can't think your way into good living, you must live your way into good thinking.

The private engagement

Twelve weeks, private.

We read your current patterns first, build a protocol around the few changes that matter most, then test it under the conditions that usually wreck good plans: travel weeks, hard quarters, the dinner circuit.

  1. 01

    Read the pattern

Food, schedule, sleep, stress, travel, and decision patterns, mapped to find where the pressure lands.

  2. 02

    Build the protocol

The few changes that matter most, designed around your calendar instead of against it.

  3. 03

    Prove it under real conditions

The protocol runs through travel, dinners, and hard weeks until it holds without effort. Two decades of coaching taught Debbie where plans fail, so it is built for those weeks from the start.

The advisor

Debbie Rupp reads the system before she changes it.

Two decades of coaching, thousands of clients in, taught Debbie exactly where good plans fail. A decade of her own health challenges taught her how closely the physical, mental, and emotional parts of a life move together.

She built the BASE6 framework so the people she works with can understand those patterns, change them, and keep the result.

The result

You put on the suit and see an athlete.

You walk into the room without thinking about your body. You are as sharp on the final decision of the day as you were on the first, and you come home with energy for the people you built all of this for.
